9 EASY WEIGHT RELEASE TIPS:
1. FIND THE EMOTIONAL ROOT for overweight = Self Protection. Discover what happened in childhood that made you feel unprotected and bring healing. (Suggestion: Use Tressy’s Self Help Emotional Cleansing)
Sometimes a lack of Self Love. Hopelessness. Lack of Self-Nurture or lack of nurture from those around you.
2. Eat 1 Handful of protein every 2 hours (that’s only 2-3 snacks a day)
Breakfast could be a Small smoothie with protein in it.
3.Limit carbs, especially bread & pasta. TAKE 1 TB MCT OIL BEFORE MEALS WITH CARBS. This helps you maintain Ketosis.
4. Eat your Main HEALTHY meal Mid Day - I EAT WHAT I WANT, but with reduced portion of 1/2 plate full.
5. NEVER eat past full. In fact, stop BEFORE you’re full.
6. DIGESTION PRINCIPLES:
Never eat desert or fruit with a meat meal. It ferments!!
Never eat GMO products, esp carbs. It causes rapid weight gain!
Avoid foods labels “Light,” prepackaged & canned dead foods.
Don’t drink liquid with a meal. It dilutes digestive juices.
Chew slowly & thoroughly.
Play peaceful music during meals.
