INSTRUCTIONS
For Using 
“Slenderize”:

1. Find an old picture of yourself where you were your ideal weight or how you see your Higher Self .
2. Place it either on the fridge or on your bathroom mirror.
3. Every time you look at it, repeat these words.
MY TRUTH:
THIS IS ME!
The rest is stored toxic emotions that I no longer believe. 
So I release all fear, anxiety, feeling unprotected, or unloved, and I release the cellulite that goes with it NOW. 
4. As you say your truth, also do some kind of motion with your hands, like swishing it away. You can even make a sound as you make the hand motion.
5. I love myself, and accept myself just the way I am, but I also cheer myself on as I release everything that does not serve me and my life in the New World.
